Rental Rates for Spring Hill Farm in South Londonderry, Vermont

Notes:

• We require a full day between rentals so that the house can be thoroughly cleaned
• Winter Weekends and Holidays $490 per night
• Christmas Week $600 per night, Presidents Week $400 per night
• Winter Weekdays $330 per night
• Summer $390 per night
• Fall and Spring $350 per night
• Foliage $390 per night
• Plus $25 per night for each guest above 10
• Plus additional 9% on total rent for Vermont Rooming Tax
• Plus a one-time cleaning fee of $150
• 2 nights minimum
